Template for Herb Vinaigrette Dressing

You can use this this easy vinaigrette dressing formula to make healthy salad dressings and you’ll know exactly what’s in it because you will have made it yourself!

Template for Herb Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups olive oil
  • ½ cup acid lemon or lime juice, delicate vinegar (balsamic, rice wine or apple cider)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh or dried herbs minced (add more herbs if you wish and use whatever type of herbs you have in abundance)
  • Garlic
  • A dash of sugar or honey or maple syrup if needed; use orange juice as your acid
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously.
  2. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes before shaking vigorously again and serving with salad.
