Cabbage Carrot Salad

This simple salad created by former crew member Sayyida would make a wonderful side dish, and will keep for a few days in the fridge.

Cabbage Carrot Salad


  • 1 baby cabbage sliced thinly
  • 2 carrots grated
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon
  • Honey
  • Black pepper


  1. Slice cabbage and grate carrot and combine in a bowl.

  2. Mix together other ingredients in a separate dish. Quantities can be determined according to taste. Pour onto cabbage carrot mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
