This simple salad created by former crew member Sayyida would make a wonderful side dish, and will keep for a few days in the fridge.
Cabbage Carrot Salad
- 1 baby cabbage sliced thinly
- 2 carrots grated
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Slice cabbage and grate carrot and combine in a bowl.
Mix together other ingredients in a separate dish. Quantities can be determined according to taste. Pour onto cabbage carrot mixture and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
