A member shared this rhubarb recipe with me. They like it tart, without a sweetener, but you can add sugar to taste.
Refreshing Rhubarb Lemonade
- 1/4 cup rhubarb
- A bit of water
- Sugar (optional), to taste
- 4 cups cold water
Stew rhubarb in a bit of water. If using sugar, add it here.
Add 4 cups water to cooked rhubarb and blend.
Enjoy immediately with some ice cubes, or store in the refrigerator.
