Refreshing Rhubarb Lemonade

A member shared this rhubarb recipe with me. They like it tart, without a sweetener, but you can add sugar to taste.

Refreshing Rhubarb Lemonade


  • 1/4 cup rhubarb
  • A bit of water
  • Sugar (optional), to taste
  • 4 cups cold water


  1. Stew rhubarb in a bit of water. If using sugar, add it here.
  2. Add 4 cups water to cooked rhubarb and blend.

  3. Enjoy immediately with some ice cubes, or store in the refrigerator.
