Pumpkin Bread Pudding

Pies aren’t the only way to bake your fall root vegetables! This recipe for a spiced bread pudding comes from former crew member Rebecca, and is perfect for a Thanksgiving dessert or a special fall treat.

Pumpkin Bread Pudding


  • 1 artisan style loaf of raisin bread cubed
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 2 c whole milk
  • 2 c pureéd pumpkin or squash
  • ½ c maple syrup
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 1 t vanilla


  1. Combine the ingredients. Bake in a well greased pan or iron skillet at 325 F for about 45 minutes.
