If you have a good blender or food processor, you can make your own carrot juice from raw carrots and water. You can drink the juice like this, blend it with other juices, or add it to smoothies.
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Wash, trim, and chop carrots. Peel ginger.
Blend all ingredients together in your food processor or blender until your desired texture is achieved.
