Garlic Scape Pesto

Ingredients

  • ¼ lbs garlic scapes
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 tbs fresh lime juice
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Puree olive oil and garlic scapes in a food processor. 

  2. Add the cheese, lime juice, and salt to taste.

  3. Enjoy immediately, and store any leftovers in a well-sealed jar in the fridge for up to one week. Freeze for up to a year.
