Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • 1 apple cut in half and cored
  • ¾ cup peach slices fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fresh kale
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 ½ - 2 cups filtered water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top it with oats, strawberries, chia seeds and coconut flakes.

Makes 1 or 2 smoothies.
