4cupsfinely chopped spinach, broccoli, and grated carrotor spinach or other veggies
kosher salt
1/2cupfull-fat cream cheese
1/2cupfull-fat sour cream
1/4cupminced red onion
1/4cupminced parsley
1tspfinely minced red chili pepperor 1 tbsp finely minced red bell pepper + 1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes
Instructions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add vegetables and 1/2 tsp kosher salt and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Transfer veggies to a large bowl. Beat in cream cheese, sour cream, red onion, parsley, red pepper and 1/8 tsp salt. Taste and add more salt as desired.
