Caesar Dressing
Ingredients

Dijon mustard

raw wine vinegar

fresh lemon juice

finely grated Parmesan cheese

expeller-expressed flax oil

anchovy filets
(we didn’t have these on hand and left them out and it was still really great!)

garlic
peeled and mashed
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
