Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ c soft tofu
- 1½ t Dijon mustard
- ½ kelp powder
- 1 T nutritional yeast “good tasting” yeast
- 1 T sesame seeds
- ⅛ t sweetener
- 2 T lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 T flax or olive oil
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ t pepper

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
