I’ve made a couple of batches of Maria’s Sunflower and Honey Salad Dressing and it’s been fabulous tasting! Her recipe makes a big batch, good for several big salads, and that is super convenient.
Sunflower and Honey Salad Dressing
- 1 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp unpasteurized honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp filtered water
- 1 clove fresh garlic optional
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast optional
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer it to a glass container and keep it in the fridge. It will last two weeks.
